Last updated 2 July 2026 · applies to the risklens.co marketing website

This is a plain-English summary of how the RiskLens marketing website (risklens.co) handles data. In short: it collects nothing about you automatically, sets no tracking cookies, and stores nothing on a server.

What we collect

Nothing automatically. This site is a set of static pages. There is no analytics, no advertising, and no tracking cookies. We don't build a profile of you or follow you around the web.

The “Request access” form

The access-request form does not send your details to a server. When you submit it, it opens a draft email in your own email client addressed to us, pre-filled with what you typed (name, work email, organisation, role, portfolio size and any message). You choose whether to send it. We only ever receive what you decide to send, and we use it solely to reply to your request. We don't sell or share it.

Fonts and hosting

The RiskLens application is separate

The RiskLens app (app-risklens.co) is a separate, access-controlled product with its own data handling — row-level security on every table, secrets kept server-side, and real contract data that stays with the operator. This policy covers the marketing site only. See our Security page for how the product is governed.

Your choices

Because we don't store anything about you here, there's little to request or delete. If you've emailed us an access request and want to know what we hold or want it removed, just ask.

Changes

We may update this policy as the site evolves. The “last updated” date above always reflects the current version.

Before public launch: confirm the operating legal entity and contact details, and have this reviewed against your obligations (e.g. UK GDPR). It is written to be accurate for the current static site.
